Mas esta tem um carisma especial. Tem inclusivamente um cognome: soberbo. Foi este o adjectivo que usei a primeira vez que o provei feito pela minha rica sogra. Por isso este post é-lhe dedicado.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 lata de leite condensado (de preferência de abertura fácil, por isso mesmo, por ser mais fácil de abrir)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;o dobro do volume de leite (normal, de preferência de vaca)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;4 a 5 ovos, dependendo da cloaca da galinha&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Depois é a coisa mais fácil do mundo. Tão fácil que quem faz este pudim cá em casa é a minha mulher. Mistura-se tudo, bate-se bem batidinho. Quando ficar translúcida, junta-se chouriço (do bom) às rodelas, tomate, massa de pimentão, pimenta cayenne, salsa e um golo de vinho branco (enquanto tiver um resto de vinho caseiro da tia Judite, os meus cozinhados têm outro sabor). Deixe cozinhar um pouco.&lt;br /&gt;Junta-se agora o feijão, catarino ou encarnado, e água de cozer o feijão.&lt;br /&gt;Quando levantar fervura, juntar a massa. A minha favorita para este prato é o macarronete riscado - penne para os italianos.&lt;br /&gt;Servir malandrinho acompanhado de um bom tinto.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nota: este prato deve ser comido com o garfo na mão direita e um pedaço de broa na esquerda.
